Different people expect different things out of their life.

To some, they prefer to party all night long, to another group of people, they prefer to spend it with their family and friends and the list goes on.(workoholic, shopperholic, blah blah blah)

My point is.... does it means that if you don't agree to that lifestyles certainly makes the lifestyle that you are leading better?

No.

Well of course, there are definitely a need for people to step in to a person's life when they realized that that person is simply wasting their time away, but even so, you just can't come into his life, prosecute him and then force him to follow whatever you think its right.
As a friend, encouragement and persuasion is the key, and at the end of the day, if the latter still prefers the life that he is leading, so be it, do you judge him?
No. thats not a friend.

I get provoked when people judge me when they don't see anything on the apparent.
Doesn't mean you don't see it, means i am not doing anything.
