So whats so good about exercising.

1) You get yourself highly charged up.
2) Satisfaction
3) Burn fats.
4) Muscle ache.

5) An injured spine.

Ass man, I was doing the log lifting thing at the fitness corner after my run at BR and during the last attempt to put the log down, I was too ANXIOUS and tadah, i hurt my back.
I know injury is all part of sports and i am not trying to magnify the fact that i hurt myself while exercising.
But i just can't deny that pain that i am feeling whenever i tilt my head down. grrr.
And to realize how anxiety can be quite stuck up at times.

I just hope that the pain will be gone tomorrow!


My mind is flooded with things that needs to be done.

oh man.
